Earning points
What you get points for and how fast they show up.
What this is
Points are how Array HQ recognizes your work. You earn them by hitting the goals your manager has set — things like showing up on time, hitting your output rate, or completing a shift without errors. Every goal has a clear point value, and you can see it before you do the work.
How to use it
See what counts
Open the Goals tab in the Talent app. Each goal shows:
- What the goal is.
- How many points it's worth.
- When the points are awarded — at the end of the shift, at the end of the week, or right when the action happens.
Watch points land
Most points show up on your balance the same day. A few — like attendance over a full week — land at the end of the period. The activity log shows every point earned, when it landed, and which goal it came from.
Don't see points you expected?
- Check the activity log first. Points are timestamped against a goal — you'll see what counted.
- If something's missing, your manager can review and adjust. There's a built-in path for that, not a side channel.
What you get points for
The goals are set by your organization, but the categories are common:
- Attendance — showing up on time, full shift, no early outs.
- Output — hitting or beating your rate (units, orders, deliveries, whatever your role measures).
- Quality — accuracy, safety, no errors.
- Service — speed of service, guest scores, on-time delivery.
Every goal ties to a behavior your operation actually measures. Nothing is awarded based on a survey or a popularity vote.
