Contract and renewal

What your contract covers, what happens at term end, and how to make changes.

The operational problem

Operators need to know when their contract ends, what happens to unused credits, and how to change their plan — without discovering the answers on a surprise invoice or a locked-out screen.

How Array HQ solves it

Contract terms are straightforward: one-year minimum, no auto-renewal, and clear rules for what happens at expiration. The Billing tab shows your term dates so you always know where you stand.

How it works

Contract length

All Array HQ contracts have a one-year minimum term. Your contract start and end dates are visible on the subscription cards in the Billing tab.

No auto-renewal

Contracts do not auto-renew. At the end of your term, your account representative will reach out to discuss renewal options. If you do not renew, access winds down according to the terms of your agreement.

What happens at term end

Item At term end
Advertising credits Expire. Unused credits are forfeited — no rollover into a new term.
Add-on credit purchases Expire. Add-ons are co-termed with your original contract, regardless of purchase date.
Subscription access Continues until the end of the contracted period.
Invoice history Remains accessible for your records.

No refunds

Array HQ does not offer refunds under any circumstance — this includes subscription fees, credit purchases, outcome fees, and per-employee charges. Credits that expire unused at term end are forfeited.

No mid-term pause

Billing cannot be paused or suspended mid-contract. You can pause advertising activity (campaigns stop running and credits stop being consumed), but your subscription and any usage-based charges continue billing normally through the term.

The only scenario where an account enters Suspended status is a payment failure past the grace period — see When payment fails.

Changing your plan

Plan tier changes (Starter → Growth → Pro, or the reverse) are handled through your Array account representative. Changes cannot be made self-serve in the Billing tab.

To discuss a tier change, contact your account representative or reach out through Support.
