FAQ
Common questions about Array HQ. If the answer isn't here, check Support.
What does Array HQ do?
Three things, in one platform: it identifies higher-output candidates and screens them against your top performer profile (//Recruiting); it amplifies frontline performance through real-time rewards tied to operational behaviors (//Ops); and it coordinates execution by giving you cross-site visibility into who's driving results — before it shows up in a lagging report.
Who's it for?
Operators managing 50 or more frontline workers across one or more locations. Transportation, warehouse and distribution, quick-service restaurants — operations where individual performance directly affects throughput, SLA compliance, or revenue.
Do I have to use both //Recruiting and //Ops?
No. Many customers start with one. The products share the platform layer and feed each other when both run — hiring data sharpens with //Ops performance signals, and roster decisions are stronger when you can see the hiring pipeline behind them. But each product stands on its own.
How is this different from an ATS or an HR system?
An ATS fills roles. An HRIS stores employee records. //Recruiting screens against your actual top performer profile and learns from post-hire performance — every hire makes the next one sharper. //Ops ties rewards to operational behaviors, not tenure or surveys. Neither product replaces an HRIS; they sit alongside one.
What integrations do you support?
Array HQ connects to the systems that already capture your operational data — POS for QSR, WMS for warehouse, telematics for fleet, time-and-attendance, payroll. The connections available for your account depend on your plan and what you already run. Your Array contact can walk you through the current list.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Array HQ runs in segregated tenants. Roles control internal access. Customer data is never shared across accounts and never sold. Detailed security documentation is available to Owners on request.
Where does pricing live?
Plan tier and pricing are set at contract signing and visible to Owners under Administration → Billing and plans. Plan changes go through your Array account contact.
