Redeeming points
Trade points for rewards in the catalog.
What this is
Once you've earned points, you can spend them on rewards your organization has put in the catalog. The catalog is set by your employer, so what you see depends on where you work.
How to use it
- Open the Rewards tab in the Talent app.
- Browse the catalog. Each reward shows its cost in points and any details (size, expiration, redemption window).
- Tap a reward to see the full description.
- Tap Redeem to confirm. The points come off your balance immediately.
- You'll see a receipt with redemption instructions — a code, a link, a barcode, or a "pick it up at the office" note. Save it. Some rewards expire.
Common questions
What can I redeem for? Whatever your employer has loaded — gift cards, store credit, time-off blocks, branded gear, fuel cards, or anything else they choose to offer.
Do points expire? Depends on your organization's policy. The expiration date — if any — is shown on your balance.
Can I cancel a redemption? Most redemptions are final once confirmed. Check with your manager if you redeemed by mistake.
Why don't I see a reward I expected? The catalog can change. Your employer may have removed it, replaced it, or set a new redemption window.
