Invite members
Bring new operators, recruiters, and team members into the platform.
What this is
Adding members to your account. Owners and Admins do the inviting. The invitee sets up their own access from a link.
How to invite
- Open Administration → Members in the operator portal.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter:
- Email or phone (for Team Members, phone is typical).
- Organization the member should join.
- Role they should have in that organization.
- Click Send invite.
The invitee gets an email or text with a link. They confirm identity, set a password (optional for Team Members), and they're in.
Inviting in bulk
For onboarding a new site or a large hiring class, use Invite member → Import. Upload a CSV with columns for email or phone, organization, and role. The system validates the file and shows you any rows that need fixing before sending.
What happens if an invite expires
Invites expire after 14 days. If a member doesn't act on theirs, an Admin can resend or revoke from the Members list. Resending generates a fresh link.
What members see when they accept
The Talent app for Team Members, the operator portal for everyone else. The role they were invited with controls what they see on first login.
Common situations
Inviting someone to multiple organizations. Invite them once per organization, with the appropriate role each time. They'll see an organization switcher when they log in.
Changing someone's role. Don't re-invite. Go to Members, open the member, change the role. Effective immediately.
Removing someone. From Members, open the member and revoke access. Their historical data stays attached for audit.
